National Health Partners is a Canadian owned company established in 1997 to provide high quality, community-based health services across Canada. Since its inception, the company has integrated a variety of complimentary services in order to:

• Provide a single access point for referral sources, funding sources, and clients
• Enhance communication between the various health professionals providing care
• Ensure a consistent plan of treatment/intervention is provided

• Physical Rehabilitation Services i.e. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy

Services may be provided at a National Health Partners office, the client's workplace or, home, or in the community with appointments arranged at a time convenient to the client.
